- Brown sugar – 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon – 4 g
- Pear – 2 pieces
- Greek yogurt – 400 g
- Honey – 100 g
- Strawberries – 200 g
For Granola
- Cinnamon – 2 g
- Ground ginger – 1 pinch
- Honey – 60 g
- Sunflower seeds – 40 g
- Walnuts – 40 g
- Oat flakes – 200 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Goji berries – 40 g
- Red apple – 0.5 piece
Preparation
Step 1: Bake the Granola Peel and grate the apple finely. Finely chop the walnuts. Mix all ingredients except goji berries together and spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 40 minutes. After cooling, mix in the goji berries. Store the granola in a tightly sealed jar for several weeks.
Step 2: Prepare the Strawberry Puree Blend the strawberries with brown sugar. Peel and dice the pears, sprinkle with cinnamon, and gently mix. Place 3 tablespoons of strawberry puree at the bottom of each bowl, add yogurt, diced pears, and the previously prepared granola. Drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon of honey.
