- 60g instant oat flakes
- 110ml 3.2% milk
- 200g chocolate protein pudding
- 400g Greek yogurt
- 10 pieces Neo chocolate cookies
- 30 raspberries
- 12 blackberries
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Step 1: Making the Oatmeal
- Heat the milk in a saucepan.
- Transfer oat flakes to a bowl and pour the hot milk over them.
- Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to cool.
Step 2: Combining Cookies with Yogurt
- Place Greek yogurt in a bowl.
- Finely chop five Neo cookies and add them to the yogurt, mix well.
