Ingredients
- Banana – 1 piece
- Brown sugar – 1 pinch
- Pear – 1 piece
- Mango – 1 piece
- Milk – 600 ml
- Walnuts – 30 g
- Oat flakes – 150 g
- Dried cranberries – 30 g
- Cinnamon – 1 pinch
- Dried mango – 30 g
Preparation
Step 1: Cook the Oatmeal Finely chop the dried mango and walnuts. Mix them with dried cranberries and oat flakes. Bring the milk to a boil. Add the oat flakes and the mixture of cinnamon, and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Step 2: Peel and Dice the Fruit Meanwhile, peel the pear, banana, and mango. Remove the pear seeds and dice the pear and banana. Cut the flesh from the mango pit and dice it as well. Mix all the fruits together.
Step 3: Add the Fruit Stir the oatmeal again, transfer it to bowls, and serve with the mixed fruits. Sprinkle with a little sugar (optional).
