Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 2 pieces
  • Blueberries – 70 g
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate – 50 g
  • Walnuts – 30 g
  • Oats – 275 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Strawberries – 75 g
  • Chia seeds – 3 tablespoons
  • Soy milk – 375 ml
  • Red apples – 2 pieces

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Dry Ingredients In a bowl, pour the oats. Add salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and chia seeds. Mix. Dice the apples and add them to the dry ingredients, then mix.

Step 2: Prepare the Wet Ingredients Pour the soy milk into another bowl, then add the bananas broken into pieces. Blend the mixture.

Step 3: Prepare Muffins with 3 Flavors Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Add blueberries to one part, diced strawberries to the second part, and chopped chocolate and walnuts to the third part.

Step 4: Bake the Muffins Transfer the mixtures into muffin molds, filling them to the brim. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
