Ingredients
- Apple: 1 piece
- Mandarins: 2 pieces
- Kale: 1 handful
- Oat flakes: 2 tablespoons
- Cold buttermilk: 1 cup
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
Preparation
Put the oat flakes into a glass, cover with water, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Peel the apple, remove the core, cut it into pieces, and place them in a blender. Add the segmented mandarins. Rinse the kale, remove the tough stems, tear into smaller pieces, and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add the soaked oats and cinnamon. Pour in the well-chilled buttermilk and blend until smooth. Drink immediately after preparation.
