Create your own homemade muesli – a delicious and healthy alternative to ordinary breakfasts.
Ingredients
- Red apple – 1 pc.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Natural yogurt – 1500 g
- Mixed nuts – 100 g
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin seeds – 25 g
- Sunflower seeds – 25 g
- Oat flakes – 250 g
- Raisins – 50 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Dried cranberries – 50 g
- Dried apricots – 150 g
Preparation
Chop the nuts into smaller pieces. Cut the figs, dates, apricots, and prunes into smaller pieces. Transfer the nuts and fruits to a large bowl, add cranberries, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds (shelled). Then add oat flakes and raisins.
Slice the banana, quarter the apple, and remove the seeds.
Transfer the muesli to bowls (about 3 tablespoons per serving), grate the apple* on a grater with small holes.
Then add the sliced banana and natural yogurt (you can also add kefir or buttermilk). Mix everything together. Drizzle the muesli with honey (amount according to preference).
