Ingredients
- Oat flakes, 50 g
- Millet flakes, 2 tbsp
- Plant-based milk (e.g., almond), 400 ml
- Baobab powder, 2 tbsp
- Chia seeds, 1 tbsp
- Sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp
- Walnuts, 1 tbsp
- Almond flakes, 1 tbsp
- Raspberries, 200 g
- Blueberries, 100 g
Preparation
Boil the milk and add the oat and millet flakes. Cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Chop the walnuts and toast them in a pan. Mix the cooked oatmeal with the baobab powder and transfer to bowls. Add the nuts, chia seeds, and fruits. Drizzle with honey.
