Ingredients
- Oatmeal: 3 tablespoons
- Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk: 5 tablespoons
- Fresh raspberries: 4 tablespoons
- Honey: 2 teaspoons
Preparation
- Place oatmeal in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, and mix. In another bowl, add chia seeds and mix with two tablespoons of coconut milk. Place both bowls in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, transfer two tablespoons of soaked oatmeal into prepared glasses, drizzle with honey, arrange raspberries, and soaked chia seeds in coconut milk. Decorate with additional fruits.
