Ingredients

  • Oatmeal: 3 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk: 5 tablespoons
  • Fresh raspberries: 4 tablespoons
  • Honey: 2 teaspoons

Preparation

  1. Place oatmeal in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, and mix. In another bowl, add chia seeds and mix with two tablespoons of coconut milk. Place both bowls in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning, transfer two tablespoons of soaked oatmeal into prepared glasses, drizzle with honey, arrange raspberries, and soaked chia seeds in coconut milk. Decorate with additional fruits.
