Prepare a surprise for your guests! A chocolate fondue will charm them, and the treats dipped in it will delight their taste buds.

Ingredients

For the Fountain

  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate – 300 g

For Dipping

  • Watermelon – 100 g
  • Bananas – 2
  • Raspberries – 70 g
  • Mandarins – 2
  • Strawberries – 100 g
  • Honeydew melon – 100 g
  • French biscuits – 160 g

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler, adding a bit of olive oil (about 15-20 ml per 100 g of chocolate). Pour the melted chocolate into the fountain or fondue pot. Serve with the dipping ingredients.
