For the Fountain
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate – 300 g
For Dipping
- Watermelon – 100 g
- Bananas – 2
- Raspberries – 70 g
- Mandarins – 2
- Strawberries – 100 g
- Honeydew melon – 100 g
- French biscuits – 160 g
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler, adding a bit of olive oil (about 15-20 ml per 100 g of chocolate). Pour the melted chocolate into the fountain or fondue pot. Serve with the dipping ingredients.
