Autumn Oatmeal

A warming oatmeal with a hint of cinnamon, perfect for an autumn breakfast. Give it a try, it’s delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon – 1 pinch
  • Pear – 65 g
  • Red apple – 110 g
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Sunflower seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Oat flakes – 4 tablespoons
  • Whole flaxseed – 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

Pour milk into a saucepan and add oat flakes. Cook for a few minutes. Add flaxseed and sunflower seeds. Once the oatmeal has cooled to about 40°C, add grated apple and pear. Season with cinnamon to taste.
