Vegan Chocolate Dessert with Chia Seeds

Plant-based drinks are a great base for preparing nutritious and delicious plant-based desserts. Use soy milk, chia seeds, and chocolate to sweeten your day in a healthy way!

Ingredients

  • Blueberries, 100 g
  • Dark chocolate, 70 g
  • Almonds, 30 g
  • Soy milk, 450 ml
  • Chia seeds, 5 tablespoons
  • Agave syrup, 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh mint, 2 g

Preparation:

Mix soy milk with chia seeds in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.

Add agave syrup to the dessert base. Stir. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or water bath. Let it cool, then add it to the dessert base. Mix thoroughly.

Transfer the chocolate chia dessert into jars and top with blueberries, chopped almonds, and mint.
