Fruit Oatmeal

A delicious oatmeal that is unmatched, especially in spring and summer.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes, 50 g
  • Millet flakes, 2 tbsp
  • Plant-based milk (e.g., almond), 400 ml
  • Baobab powder, 2 tbsp
  • Chia seeds, 1 tbsp
  • Sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp
  • Walnuts, 1 tbsp
  • Almond flakes, 1 tbsp
  • Raspberries, 200 g
  • Blueberries, 100 g

Preparation

Boil the milk and add the oat and millet flakes. Cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Chop the walnuts and toast them in a pan. Mix the cooked oatmeal with the baobab powder and transfer to bowls. Add the nuts, chia seeds, and fruits. Drizzle with honey.
