Start your day with a plant-based oatmeal! This one, made with almond milk, will be exceptionally creamy, and its fresh, orange flavor will give you energy for the rest of the day.
Ingredients
- Blueberries – 100 g
- Almonds – 30 g
- Almond milk – 400 ml
- Oat flakes – 50 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Agave syrup – 1 teaspoon
- Orange – 0.5 pcs.
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the Oatmeal Base Heat almond milk in a saucepan with salt and agave syrup. Add oat flakes and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Step 2: Add Orange Juice and Zest Towards the end of cooking, add grated orange zest and the juice squeezed from it. Mix well.
Step 3: Serve the Oatmeal Transfer the oatmeal to bowls. Sprinkle with blueberries and almonds on top.
