Ingredients:
- Egg – 1 piece
- Brown sugar – 150 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Dark chocolate – 50 g
- Coarse salt – 2 pinches
- Chocolate dragees – 150 g
- Cake flour – 60 g
- Butter – 150 g
- Oats – 150 g
- Baking soda – 0.5 teaspoon
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the Dough In a bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, baking soda, flour, 2 pinches of salt, soft butter, vanilla sugar, and finely chopped chocolate. Mix well, then add the egg. Knead all ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
Step 2: Form the Cookies Shape the dough into a log and cut it into 15-16 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a cookie shape with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the cookies with enough space between them, about 7-8 pieces per baking sheet.
Step 3: Decorate and Bake Decorate each cookie with colorful chocolate candies. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4: Cool the Cookies Once baked, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes. Then transfer the cookies to a plate.
