Ingredients
- Cake flour: 1 cup
- Powdered sugar: 1.4 cups
- Margarine: 10 dag
- Egg yolks: 2
- Ground ginger: 0.25 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, ginger, and powdered sugar. Rub the margarine into the dry ingredients using your fingertips.
- Add the egg yolks and knead the dough.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using a gingerbread-shaped cookie cutter. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Once baked, let the cookies cool. They’re ready to enjoy!
