A sweet snack full of chocolate and plenty of crunchy nuts. Very tasty and satisfying. You can prepare it without baking!
Ingredients
- Powdered sugar – a pinch
- Milk chocolate – 100 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Hazelnuts – 50 g
- Pistachios – 50 g
- Rum – 20 ml
- Heavy cream (30% fat) – 50 ml
- Dried cranberries – 50 g
- Chocolate-covered wafers – 200 g
- Dark chocolate – 100 g
Preparation
Toast the hazelnuts and pistachios in the oven, then let them cool. Melt the milk and dark chocolate in the microwave. Add soft butter and 50 ml of boiling heavy cream to the melted chocolate. Cut the chocolate-covered wafers into cubes with a thickness of 6 x 6 mm. Add the wafers, toasted nuts, pistachios, dried cranberries, and rum to the chocolate mixture. Form the mixture into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap, then refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight. Once the mixture has set, unwrap it from the plastic wrap and gently dust it with powdered sugar.
