Plant-based drinks are a great base for preparing nutritious and delicious vegan desserts. Use soy milk, chia seeds, and chocolate to sweeten your day healthily!
Ingredients
- Blueberries – 100 g
- Dark chocolate – 70 g
- Almonds – 30 g
- Soy milk – 450 ml
- Chia seeds – 5 tablespoons
- Agave syrup – 2 teaspoons
- Fresh mint – 2 g
Preparation
Mix soy milk with chia seeds in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. Add agave syrup to the dessert base. Mix well. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler. Let it cool, then add it to the dessert base. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the chocolate chia dessert into jars and decorate with blueberries, chopped almonds, and mint leaves on top.
