Yogurt Cranberry Smoothie

A simple recipe for a delicious smoothie perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • Natural yogurt: 400 ml
  • Bran: 1.5 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon: 2 pinches
  • Cranberries: 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Pour hot water over the cranberries. Leave for about 5 minutes to soften. After this time, drain the fruits and let them cool.
  2. Pour the yogurt into a container. Set aside about 4-5 tablespoons for decoration. To the remaining yogurt, add the cranberries. Blend everything together. Once you achieve the desired consistency, add the bran and cinnamon. Blend again.
  3. Pour the prepared smoothie into glasses. Place the reserved plain yogurt on top. Decorate the whole with chopped cranberries.
