A simple recipe for a delicious smoothie perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- Natural yogurt: 400 ml
- Bran: 1.5 tablespoons
- Cinnamon: 2 pinches
- Cranberries: 1 cup
Preparation
- Pour hot water over the cranberries. Leave for about 5 minutes to soften. After this time, drain the fruits and let them cool.
- Pour the yogurt into a container. Set aside about 4-5 tablespoons for decoration. To the remaining yogurt, add the cranberries. Blend everything together. Once you achieve the desired consistency, add the bran and cinnamon. Blend again.
- Pour the prepared smoothie into glasses. Place the reserved plain yogurt on top. Decorate the whole with chopped cranberries.
