- Blueberries: 50 g
- Dark chocolate (>70% cocoa): 75 g
- Peanut butter: 140 g
- Rolled oats: 220 g
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Blend bananas, cut into smaller pieces, with peanut butter. Add rolled oats, chopped chocolate, and blueberries. Mix everything. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 12 cookies spaced apart.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. After baking, let the cookies cool down.
