Preparation
Step 1: Blend Ingredients into Smooth Mixture Drain the beans using a sieve, rinse them thoroughly under running water, and drain off excess water. Transfer to a blender bowl, add oat flakes, cocoa powder, maple syrup, roasted apples, baking soda, vinegar, salt, and melted coconut oil. Blend everything into a very smooth mixture.
Step 2: Add Chocolate and Nuts Crush the chocolate and pecans into smaller pieces. Add half of the chocolate bar along with the nuts to the prepared mixture. Gently mix everything and transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 3: Decorate the Cake On top, on one side of the mixture, arrange the remaining chocolate pieces. Decorate the rest of the cake with other toppings, such as pecans, cashews, coconut flakes, Himalayan salt, or fruits (as desired). Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes. After removing from the oven, let the cake cool down.
