Ingredients

  • Bananas – 2
  • Blueberries – 50 g
  • Dark chocolate (>70% cocoa) – 75 g
  • Peanut butter – 140 g
  • Oats – 220 g

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the banana mixture
Cut the bananas into smaller pieces and blend them with the peanut butter. Add the oats, chopped chocolate, and blueberries to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Step 2: Form the cookies
Using a spoon, scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming 12 cookies with some space between them.

Step 3: Bake the cookies
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F). Bake for about 10-15 minutes. After baking, let the cookies cool before serving.
