Ingredients:
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tin (9 oz) potato sticks (about 6 cups)
Method:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel chips and creamy peanut butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stirring after each microwave until smooth and well combined.
Pour the crisps into a large bowl.
Pour the caramel and peanut butter mixture over the potato sticks. Stir gently until the crisps are evenly coated.
Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
Allow the Texas Tumbleweeds to cool and set before serving.
