- Banana – 1 small
- Strawberries – 1 cup
- Honey or Maple Syrup – 1 tablespoon
- Greek Yogurt – 150 g
- Milk (cow’s or plant-based, e.g., soy, rice, or coconut) – 150 ml
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Place the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, peeled banana, and hulled strawberries into a blender. Add honey or maple syrup.

Tips
- Frozen Strawberries: If using frozen strawberries, thaw them beforehand. You can do this by placing them in a saucepan over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally until thawed.
