Ingredients
- Rolled oats 200 grams
- Dried plums 70 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Flour 3 tablespoons
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Buckwheat honey 3 tablespoons
- Xylitol 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Ground cardamom 0.2 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg a pinch
- Ground cloves a pinch
Preparation
Step 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool. Add buckwheat honey and eggs, then mix thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, xylitol, baking powder, cocoa powder, spices, and chopped dried plums. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients from the saucepan and stir well.
Step 2. Shape the mixture into balls in your hands, gently flatten them, and then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (top-bottom heat) and bake for about 13-15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
