A shake made with soy milk can taste just as good, especially when combined with sweet fruits.
Ingredients
- Pear – 2 pcs.
- Blueberries – 400 g
- Maple syrup – 4 teaspoons
- Sparkling water – 300 ml
- Soy milk – 500 ml
Preparation
Step 1: Blend Blueberries with Pears Thaw the blueberries. Peel the pears, remove the seeds, and dice them into large pieces. Blend them with the blueberries and soy milk. Season to taste with maple syrup and blend again.
Step 2: Serve the Shake Pour the shake into 4 large glasses and top up with well-chilled sparkling water. Serve with a straw.
