A playful nod to the season’s whimsical side, this icy blue concoction combines the tangy sweetness of lemonade with the boldness of vodka and the sparkle of Prosecco. Rimmed with sugar crystals that mimic a frosty windowpane and coloured with the hue of a clear winter sky, this cocktail is as much a visual feast as it is a delicious sip.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lemonade
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup Prosecco
- 1/2 cup Blue Curaçao
- 4 cups of ice
- Lemon wedge, to garnish
- White powdered sugar, for rimming
Method:
Take the lemon wedge and run it around the rim of your serving glasses.
Dip the rimmed glasses in white caster sugar to coat them nicely.
Put the lemonade, vodka, Prosecco, Blue Curaçao and ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour into rimmed glasses.
