A creamy blend of white chocolate and coconut with a hint of vanilla, it’s a sip of pure bliss. Easy to make and a pleasure to serve, this cocktail is the perfect way to treat yourself to a moment of indulgence. Cheers to sweet sips and good vibes!
Ingredients:
- 150g white chocolate, finely chopped
- 20g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut
- 250ml (1 cup) single cream
- 250ml (1 cup) coconut milk
- 80ml (1/3 cup) vanilla flavoured vodka
- 80ml (1/3 cup) coconut rum
- Ice cubes, to serve
- 4 Ferrero Confetteria Raffaello truffles, unwrapped
Method:
Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir until smooth and leave to cool slightly.
Place the desiccated coconut on a plate.
Dip the rims of your serving glasses into the melted white chocolate and then into the desiccated coconut to coat the rims.
In a blender, combine the cream, coconut milk, vanilla flavoured vodka and coconut rum.
Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Pour the cocktail mixture into the prepared glasses.
Garnish each glass with a Ferrero Confetteria Raffaello truffle around the rim or floating on top.
