Mini Pancakes
- Powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Wheat flour – 170 g
- Milk – 170 ml
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – a pinch
Additionally
- Natural yogurt – 200 g
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Blueberries – 50 g
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Batter for Mini Pancakes Sift flour, powdered sugar, salt, and baking powder into a bowl through a fine sieve. Add the egg, milk, and melted butter. Mix everything thoroughly using a whisk. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk and mix again; if it’s too thin, add a little flour. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Fry the Mini Pancakes Mix the rested batter and pour it into a bottle with a dispensing nozzle (e.g., a cleaned bottle from sauce or ketchup) or a piping bag with a corner cut off for dispensing the batter.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Remove any excess butter from the pan using a paper towel. Dispense small portions of batter onto the heated pan using the bottle or piping bag. When the mini pancakes are browned on the bottom and bubbles appear on the surface, flip them over. Drain the finished mini pancakes from excess fat on a paper towel.
Step 3: Serve the Cereal Transfer the natural yogurt to a bowl. Add the prepared mini pancakes. Arrange fresh fruits on top. Drizzle with honey.
