Ingredients
Pancakes
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Natural yogurt – 400 ml
- Rice flour – 400 g
- Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
Additionally
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Raspberry – 70 g
Preparation
Step 1: Beat the Egg Whites Beat the egg whites until stiff. Then combine them with sugar, salt, egg yolks, a tablespoon of melted coconut oil, and yogurt.
Step 2: Mix the Batter Combine the flour with baking soda and add it to the other ingredients. Mix everything gently until a uniform batter forms.
Step 3: Fry the Pancakes Melt the remaining coconut oil in a pan, wait until it heats up, and fry the pancakes on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve the Pancakes Transfer the pancakes to a plate and drizzle them with honey. Decorate with your favorite fruits. If they are large, cut them into pieces.
