A simple recipe for a delicious breakfast.
Ingredients
- 50 g rolled oats
- 200 ml milk (I used soy milk)
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a saucepan, pour in the milk, maple syrup, and add the rolled oats. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the tahini and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Cover and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the oats to swell.
- Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite fruits. I recommend blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
