Oatmeal with Tahini

A simple recipe for a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk (I used soy milk)
  • 2 teaspoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, pour in the milk, maple syrup, and add the rolled oats. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the tahini and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Cover and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the oats to swell.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite fruits. I recommend blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
