A hearty smoothie perfect for any occasion – especially for breakfast.
Ingredients
- Apples: 200 grams
- Oat flakes: 15 grams
- Powdered sweetener: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
- 0% milk: 15 ml
- Natural yogurt: 150 grams
Preparation
- Place the oat flakes (reserve 1/2 teaspoon) into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Wash, peel, and core the apple. Cut it into smaller pieces and add to the blender. Add the sweetener, cinnamon, and extract, then blend. Pour in the yogurt and milk and blend once more. Toast the reserved oat flakes on a dry and clean pan until golden brown.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with the toasted oat flakes. Enjoy!
