Oat and Berry Acai Bowl

Start your morning with a burst of flavour and nutrition with this Oat and Berry Acai Bowl. Packed with juicy berries, hearty oats and the superfood acai, this bowl is a powerhouse of antioxidants and energy. Topped with crunchy pistachios, sweet cranberries and pomegranate seeds, it’s a delicious way to start a day full of potential.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder
  • 100g mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons Coles dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method:

Place the milk, oats, banana, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries and acai powder in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Allow to stand for a few minutes to thicken.

Pour the thickened mixture into a serving bowl.

Garnish with mixed berries, chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, freeze-dried pomegranate seeds and chia seeds.
