Mini Tiramisu Desserts with Strawberries

Mini Tiramisu Desserts with Strawberries

How to make a dessert? With this simple recipe for mini tiramisu desserts, nothing will be difficult for you. Impress your household with an excellent dessert with strawberries and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Egg yolks, 4
  • Strong coffee, 350 ml
  • Amaretto liqueur (optional), 25 ml
  • Powdered sugar, 100 g
  • Mascarpone cheese, 500 g

Also

  • Round sponge cakes, 300 g
  • Natural cocoa, about 3 tablespoons
  • Strawberries, about 500 g

Preparation:

Place the eggs in a sink and scald the shells with boiling water. Separate the yolks from the whites (the whites can be used for a meringue cake). Brew the coffee and let it cool. Mix with the liqueur if using, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Beat the yolks with the remaining powdered sugar until fluffy and light (about 7 minutes) – it’s best to start beating over a double boiler (in a metal bowl suspended over a pot of steaming water), and once the yolks are warm, remove from the double boiler and continue beating.

Gradually add the mascarpone (3 tablespoons at a time), in short intervals, beating continuously until the cream is thick and fluffy.

Place 1/3 of the cream in small dishes or glasses, add a layer of sponge cakes briefly soaked in coffee (2-3 pieces per serving), breaking them if necessary. Dust a thin layer of cocoa through a sieve.

Add another 1/3 of the cream and then the sliced strawberries. Top with the remaining cream.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Before serving, dust with a little cocoa through a sieve and decorate with strawberries.
