Ingredients

  • Pineapple – 0.25 pcs.
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Kale – 40 g
  • Mango – 1 pc.
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons
  • Baby Spinach – 50 g

Preparation

Step 1: Blend Kale and Spinach Place washed kale and spinach leaves into the blender jar. Blend thoroughly.

Step 2: Blend All Smoothie Ingredients Peel and dice the fruits, then add them to the blender jar. Pour in the water. Blend everything until smooth.

Add chia seeds and mix with a spoon. Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses.
