Ingredients

Cheese Filling

  • Vanilla pudding – 40 g
  • Mascarpone cheese – 500 g
  • Maple syrup – 100 g
  • Cream (18%) – 200 g

Base

  • Oat cookies – 240 g
  • Butter – 5 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch

Additional

  • Kiwi – 3 pieces
  • Pretzels – a handful
  • Fresh mint – 10 g
  • Kiwi – 3 pieces

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Base for the Cheesecake Combine the cookies with cinnamon and salt in a blender. Blend finely. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly until the ingredients combine, forming a pliable mass.

Step 2: Pre-Bake the Cheesecake Base Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down and level from the top. Place in an oven preheated to 160°C while preparing the cheese filling.

Step 3: Prepare the Cheese Filling Combine all the ingredients for the cheese filling in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture onto the pre-baked base. Bake for about 40-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 160°C.

Step 4: Serve the Cheesecake Allow the baked cheesecake to cool. Decorate the top with kiwi slices, fresh mint leaves, and salted pretzels.
