A delicious cinnamon cheesecake on a crumbly crust. A perfect idea for the holiday table. It smells incredibly of cinnamon.
Ingredients
For the crust
- Cake flour: 1 cup
- Egg yolks: 2 pieces
- Margarine: 10 dag
- Powdered sugar: 0.5 cup
For the cheesecake
- Cream cheese: 25 dag
- Vanilla sugar: 1 packet
- Vanilla pudding powder: 2 packets
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Egg: 1 piece
- Cinnamon: 0.5 tablespoon
Preparation
Crust: Put flour and powdered sugar into a bowl. Rub the margarine with the tips of your fingers with these ingredients. Add egg yolks and knead the dough. Form a ball and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool. After this time, roll out the dough and cut out a few cookies. Line an 18 cm diameter cake pan with baking paper. Roll out the remaining dough and lay it on the bottom of the cake pan. Prick with a fork.
Cheesecake: Blend the cheese with the egg. Then blend with vanilla sugar, sugar, and pudding. Add cinnamon and blend into a smooth cheesecake. Chill for a while in the refrigerator. Pour the cheese mixture into the cake pan. Place the cookies on top.
Baking: Bake for about 1 hour at 160 degrees Celsius. Let the baked cheesecake cool in the refrigerator overnight. Cut it the next day.
