Caramelized Almonds
- White chocolate – 200 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Almonds – 200 g
- Pistachios – 50 g
- Water – 50 ml
Milk Chocolate
- Milk chocolate – 200 g
- Hazelnuts – 100 g
Preparation
Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring occasionally (do not overheat the chocolate, max temperature: 50°C). Allow the chocolate to cool in a bowl, stirring occasionally. Pour it into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
White Chocolate with Caramelized Almonds and Pistachios Caramelized Almonds Chop the almonds into large pieces. Boil sugar and water to make syrup. Dip the chopped almonds into the syrup and remove them straight onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them evenly. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C (fan) and bake until golden brown.
