Yogurt-Strawberry Dessert

A light dessert made with thick natural yogurt and strawberries. It tastes delicious and takes only a moment to prepare!

Ingredients

Delicate Yogurt Jelly

  • 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk

Strawberry Jelly

  • 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml water

For Decoration

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 orange
  • 30 g chocolate sticks

Preparation

Delicate Yogurt Jelly Pour yogurt into a bowl, add powdered sugar (sugar is optional; you can use sweetener instead or omit sweetening altogether), and mix. Soak gelatin in 50 ml of milk and dissolve it in the microwave. Combine the heated solution with the remaining milk and add it to the yogurt.

Pour the yogurt mixture into dessert dishes (glasses, bowls, cups). Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until completely set.

Strawberry Jelly Blend the strawberries with lime juice and, optionally, powdered sugar. Soak gelatin in water and dissolve it in the microwave, then mix it with the strawberries.

Pour the jelly evenly over the yogurt jelly layer. Chill in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.

Decorate the dessert with slices of orange and kiwi, and chocolate sticks.
