Ingredients
- Rolled oats: 275 g
- Banana: 1
- Peanut butter: 2 tablespoons
- Egg: 1
- Dried blueberries: 50 g
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the rolled oats in a grinder and grind them until they reach a flour-like consistency.
Place the egg and banana in a bowl. Mash the banana and mix it thoroughly with the egg. Then add two heaping tablespoons of peanut butter and mix again. Add the ground oats, dried blueberries, and mix everything very thoroughly.
Spread the prepared dough on a baking sheet and cover it with another sheet of parchment paper. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cut out the cookies from the dough.
Using a knife, transfer the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, until they turn slightly golden brown.
