Ingredients:
- Palmeritas cookies – 180 g
- Vanilla ice cream with red wine sauce – 257 g
- White chocolate – 100 g
- Dark chocolate – 100 g
- Pistachios – 20 g
- Coconut flakes – 20 g
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the cookies Arrange the palmeritas cookies on a work surface. Soften the ice cream and place it in a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Pipe the ice cream onto a cookie and immediately place another cookie on top, gently pressing down to sandwich the ice cream. Place the prepared cookies in the refrigerator.
Step 2: Prepare the chocolates Melt the white and dark chocolate separately using a double boiler or microwave. Pour each melted chocolate into tall containers.
Step 3: Add chocolate and pistachios Remove the cookies from the refrigerator and dip them halfway into the melted chocolate. Then dip them into chopped pistachios and coconut flakes. Serve immediately or place in the freezer.
