Delicate, crunchy, cinnamon-scented treats with the addition of nuts. So tempting that they disappear immediately after baking!
Ingredients
- Egg – 1
- Vanilla – 3 g
- Powdered sugar – 60 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Wheat flour – 150 g
- Hazelnuts – 100 g
- Cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
For Decoration
- Brown sugar – a pinch
- Almonds – 30 g
- Hazelnuts – 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts – 30 g
Preparation
Grind hazelnuts (or optionally almonds) into flour in a blender or food processor. Mix the flour with hazelnut flour. Add softened butter, vanilla seeds, powdered sugar, egg, and cinnamon. Combine all ingredients. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for an hour in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Cut out cookies with cookie cutters of various shapes or cut the dough into rectangles.
Decorate the cookies with nuts and brown sugar, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 175°C for 12-15 minutes (until golden brown).
