Homemade, energetic bars that you can take to work or give to your child for school!
Ingredients
- Sugar – 50 g
- Butter – 30 g
- Honey – 100 g
- Hazelnuts – 50 g
- Oat flakes – 50 g
- Dried cranberries – 50 g
- Dried apricots – 50 g
- Spelt flakes – 50 g
- Expanded amaranth – 50 g
- White sesame seeds – 30 g
Preparation
Step 1: Chop Cranberries, Nuts, and Apricots
Combine marinade ingredients.
Chop the cranberries, nuts, and apricots, then add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix everything together.
Step 2: Boil Sugar with Honey
Spread the filling onto the pork chop.
Put the sugar in a saucepan, add honey, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 2 minutes over low heat. Add butter and mix well. Pour over the other ingredients, mix, and set aside for a few minutes. Transfer to parchment paper. Shape into a rectangle about 24 x 12 cm. Cover with another sheet of paper and gently flatten with a rolling pin. Let it cool.
Step 3: Cut the Mixture into Strips
Combine marinade ingredients.
Once the mixture is cold and firm, cut it into strips about 2 cm wide.
