Delicious cheesecake cups with roasted apples, drizzled with caramel, and sprinkled with crumble. A perfect idea for dessert or a sweet breakfast.

Ingredients

Roasted Apples

  • Apples – 4 pieces
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Butter (82%) – 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon Sugar for Baking and Desserts – 1 packet

Cheesecake

  • Heavy cream (36%) – 200 milliliters
  • Powdered sugar – 4 tablespoons
  • Mascarpone cheese – 250 grams

Crumble and Topping

  • Hazelnuts – 150 grams
  • Tea biscuits – a few pieces
  • Caramel from a can – 4 tablespoons

Preparation

Roasted Apples:

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add the apples, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Fry until the fruits are soft, stirring occasionally. Let cool.

Cheesecake:

  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar.
  2. Gradually add mascarpone cheese.
  3. Beat until the ingredients are combined.

Crumble:

  1. Roast the hazelnuts, chop them.
  2. Crush the tea biscuits into crumbs and mix with the nuts.

The dessert looks great in cups or tall glasses. Place roasted apples on the bottom, then the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with crumble and drizzle with a bit of caramel sauce (or honey if you don’t have caramel). You can decorate the dessert with apple slices.

Chill the dessert in the fridge.
