Ingredients
- Carrot – 150 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 3 tablespoons
- Powdered sugar – 30 g
- Cinnamon – 2 tablespoons
- Cream cheese – 100 g
- Buttermilk – 240 g
- Wheat flour – 340 g
- Milk – 250 ml
- Milk – 2 tablespoons
- Oil – 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts – 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
Preparation
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon. Then add buttermilk, milk, egg, and oil to the mixture. Mix everything until the ingredients are combined. Finally, add grated carrots, mix.
Heat a pan, grease it with a little oil, and fry small pancakes. When the pancakes start to brown, flip them over to the other side.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk. If the sauce is too thick, you can add more milk.
