Carrot-Banana Cookies

Perfect cookies for a mid-morning snack! Easy, quick to make. You can munch on them during a school break!

Ingredients:

  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Cinnamon – a pinch
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Carrot – 1 pc.
  • Rapeseed oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Oat flakes – 70 g
  • Dried cranberries – 2 tablespoons
  • Wholemeal flour – 70 g

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the Dough for Cookies Blend the bananas. Beat the eggs briefly in a separate bowl and combine with the bananas. Add flour, grated carrot, and chopped cranberries. Mix everything together. Add oat flakes. Mix thoroughly. The dough should have a thick consistency.

Step 2: Bake the Cookies Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the paper with oil. Using a spoon, place portions of the dough on the sheet, keeping some distance between them. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3: Decorate the Cookies Sprinkle the baked cookies with cinnamon or grated chocolate on small grates.
