A delicious blueberry-coconut smoothie with natural yogurt and lime juice.
Ingredients
- Coconut milk, 1/2 cup
- Natural yogurt, 1/2 cup
- Blueberries, 1/2 cup
- Lime juice, from 1 lime
- Sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Honey or maple syrup, 1 tablespoon
- Coconut liqueur (optional), about 25 – 50 ml
- Ice cubes, about 6
Preparation
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a standing blender (you can chill the ingredients in the refrigerator beforehand). You can also set aside some of the fruit and coconut milk for decoration.
Serve the smoothie cold, and enjoy!
