Ingredients
- Banana – 1 piece
- Cinnamon – 1 pinch
- Plain Yogurt – 150 g
- Milk – 100 ml
- Oats – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a blender, combine oats, sliced banana (reserve 1 slice for garnish), yogurt, milk, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass. Garnish the rim with the reserved banana slice.
