Ingredients

  • Rolled oats: 200 grams
  • Bananas: 2 pieces
  • Butter: 100 grams
  • Wholemeal flour: 6 tablespoons
  • Eggs: 2 pieces
  • Buckwheat honey: 3 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped walnuts: 3 tablespoons
  • Pumpkin seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Dried cranberries: 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Preparation

Step 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, let it cool slightly, then add the bananas and mash them with a fork. Next, add the buckwheat honey and eggs, and mix everything vigorously.

Step 2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, wholemeal flour, baking powder, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Add the wet ingredients from the saucepan to the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 3. Spoon portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart. Gently flatten each portion. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) and bake for about 15 minutes (until lightly golden brown).
