Ingredients
- Strawberries: 200 grams
- Pear: 1 piece
- Oat flakes: 2 tablespoons
- Buttermilk: 250 milliliters
Preparation
Soak the oat flakes in water and leave for 10 minutes. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems. Peel the pear, remove the core, and cut into pieces. Put all the ingredients into a blender pitcher. Pour in well-chilled buttermilk and blend until smooth. Serve immediately after preparation.
