Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • sugar – 215 g
  • dark chocolate – 100 g
  • instant coffee – 1 tbsp
  • wheat flour – 400 g
  • baking powder – 8 g
  • baking soda – 1.5 tsp
  • salt – 3 g

Wet ingredients

  • banana – 4 pcs.
  • vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • egg – 2 pcs.
  • natural yogurt – 360 g
  • apple sauce – 165 ml
  • rapeseed oil – 40 g

Additionally

  • brown sugar – a pinch
  • flaked almonds – 15 g

Preparation

Step 1: Combine Dry Ingredients for the Cake Mix sifted flour in a bowl with chopped chocolate. Add the remaining dry cake ingredients. Mix well.

Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients for the Cake Combine all wet cake ingredients in a separate bowl and blend thoroughly using a blender or mixer until combined.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients with Dry Ones Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix everything thoroughly using a silicone spatula.

Step 4: Bake the Cake Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle flaked almonds and brown sugar on top. Bake for about 50-60 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
